I'm Sabrina Williams - a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida (license number MT4452). More specifically I'm someone who believes that changing relationships is the key to changing the world, so I enjoy being the spark that makes that happens in the marriages and families of my clients.

I'm also a wife, mother to 3 kiddos, and I own and operate 2 other businesses. Needless to say I understand the unique challenges of entrepreneurs and executives in leadership, along with mothers who are working and trying to juggle all the things.

I don't work with kids or folks with severe mental health concerns because I am a big proponent of focusing on my little corner of the mental health world and giving other therapists the ability to do the same. There are lots of specialties in this work and it helps when we just stick to what we're good at instead of trying to work with a little bit of everything.

In my spare time, you'll catch me watching and making videos on TikTok because I'm a goofball, planning my next trip to Disney World, or planning my family's next adventure because we all have the travel bug.
