I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida (lic# MT4452). More specifically I'm someone who believes that changing relationships is the key to changing the world - so I enjoy being the spark that makes that happens in the marriages and families of my clients.

I'm a wife, mom to 3 kiddos, and I own and operate 2 other businesses. I grew up watching my dad run his business (a jewelry store in small town). I've done the corporate thing as an adult. Needless to say, I understand the unique challenges of entrepreneurs and executives in leadership, along with mothers who are working and trying to juggle all the things.

I don't work with kids or folks with severe mental health concerns because I am a big proponent of focusing on my little corner of the mental health world. There are lots of specialties in this work and it helps when we just stick to what we're good at.

In my spare time, you'll catch me making candy for our other business Sugarstix, heading to Disney World, or planning my family's next adventure because we all have the travel bug.
