How Sabrina Works with Individuals

Individual counseling sessions are 55 minutes in length and focus on clients with healthy relationships, managing anxiety or trauma symptoms, or balancing work/life responsibilities.

My specialties lie in working with individuals who are experiencing challenges due to:

Navigating life with neurodiversity
Complex PTSD/Crappy Childhood issues
Generalized Anxiety
Sexual trauma histories or intimate partner violence

I am not your gal if you are looking for services with any of the following:

Active or recent addictions and/or substance misuse/abuse or dependence
Serious mental health concerns and diagnosis
Evaluations or active legal issues that require an expert opinion
