Everyone starts here. In this initial 85 minute session, we will cover history and create a treatment plan together. Sometimes we can finish the intake in one session and sometimes it takes three sessions. This is the starting point of therapy where we get to know your story, your struggles, and your dreams for your relationship.

These 55 minute sessions give you a safe, focused space to work on your goals. We’ll talk about what feels hard, explore better ways to communicate, and practice tools you can use at home. My goal is that you leave each session feeling heard, hopeful, and clear on your next step forward.
