I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. More specifically I'm a marriage therapist who believes that healthy relationships are the key to changing the world - so I enjoy being the spark that makes that happens in the marriages and families of my clients.

I believe it’s important for you to understand why things have gotten to the point they have and how we can make things better.

I'm a wife, mom to 3 kiddos, a Christian, and I own and operate 2 other businesses. I grew up watching my dad run his business (a jewelry store in small town). I've done the corporate thing as an adult. Needless to say, I understand the unique challenges of entrepreneurs and executives in leadership, along with mothers who are working and trying to juggle all the things.

In my spare time, you'll catch me making candy for our family biz Sugarstix, heading to Disney World, or planning my family's next adventure because we all have the travel bug.
